Sotus The Series

As usual, Netflix suggested this series to me. And since its Thai and its from GMMTV, i feels like i need to watch it! LOL and its LGBT

 

Facts about GMMTV, they shared all their series in YouTube so its easy to access but but, some of their series is REGION LOCKED, so to watch it, you need VPN to access.

 (no idea why do they do region locked)

Since i always has VPN to stalk Tegoshi Yuya, so i have no problem and no complaint.

So amaze with how they come out with the title while i can even name my novel

SOTUS is a story about a bullied head hazer ( Arthit ) and a junior from first year (Kongpob ). 

As a hazer, Arthit is really strict on doing his job meanwhile Kongpob always the one who rebel and questioning him. All the engineering junior student has to participate in this program SOTUS (acronym for Seniority, Order, Tradition, Unity, and Spirit) system to be receive a gear. 

The "Gear" is one of the engineering mechanical device that each of the student of Faculty of Engineering has to have one.

Gear has different meaning as well which is, if you let someone keeping your gear, it means that 

“The gear is the heart of an engineering student, that’s why they say that the heart is within the gear and the gear within the heart. If an engineer student gives you their gear it mean’s they are giving you their heart.” ~P’Deer

After knowing this meaning from P'Deer, KongPob gave his gear for Arthit to keep. Apparently thru out the SOTUS program, Kongpob has fallen for Arthit. Confusing with his sexuality, Will Arthit accept Kongpob? Can they both get along since Arthit is such a bully?

My thoughts!

 

This series is a bit boring for me because they focusing about the program more. Perhaps when i watched it i am not familiar with SingKrist yet. So i found they have no chemistry with each other but i was wrong! It is the role it self is like that. In real life ( tv show...etc ) they are more. GMMTV is really good in matching their couple. So, in this series they high light Pink Milk which is famous in this thai world. I would love to see them in another series to see their chemistry on acting with specific roles.

This series does not have any romantic scene or deep kissing so, it is more showing about the feeling inside. Overall i finished watched it. I am so happy Off and New is in this series as well.
